You have been invited to join us for Soularize 2023!

Before registering, make sure that you are:

• Committed to attending the full 3-day event, from May 23-25th
• Able to cover the cost of travel/housing to and from the event
• Fully available to be physically and spiritually present for the event

After registration:

• Immediately: You will receive a confirmation email; please read over this  

• Within 2 weeks: Book any flights, hotels, etc, that might be needed for your stay (information on discounted hotel rates and recommended airports will be listed on the Soularize  website post-registration) 
• April 24th: We will register you for our event platform Whova where you can engage with other participants, share your mission/projects, and learn more about the event (more details to come)

*Please note: by agreeing to register for this event, you formally agree that any media captured of you during the event (including photos, videos, etc.) can be used for advertisement or another purpose by Soularize and it's partners. Additionally, please note that your email will be used exclusively by Soularize for communications surrounding this event. We will never share, sell, or spam your provided email.
